 Marco is Monaco resident since 1985 after his degree at EBS London he spent 15 years in the Yachting industry where he was responsible for corporate restructuring of shipyards as well as sales network development and yacht management. In 2010 after having understood the complexities of managing UHNWI clients, he founded Fides as one of the first Family Offices in Monaco. Since then he has been consulting for UHNWI individuals and lately has been involved with Porto Montenegro, after the acquisition by Dubai's Sovereign fund; as well as working as advisor to the Monaco Government.    

 Specialist in management of High NetWorth Individuals for the last 20yrs, as well as logistic in Real Estate. For the last 10 years I have developed my network and area of expertise in Art. Having worked for the top Art Merchant in Europe and Switzerland and in other aspect of Art such as the music industry as well as the high end fashion/ couturier.
Educated in London, student at the Central Saint Martin college of Art and Design as well as Oxford University for the study of The evolution of habitat and Furniture throughout time.

Currently resident in Monaco, Vice President of International Business of M&C Saatchi Spain Currently a member of the Advisory Board & CMO of the iconic luxury car manufacturing "Hispano Suiza" and Group Chief Communications Officer of the upcoming fintech & alternative investment firm “Orbyn Group".MBA + Diploma in Coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Master in Digital Marketing Accredited.  Christophe is a global hotelier working with leading hotel management groups worldwide, such as the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, the Prince de Galles in Paris, the Hotel Danieli, the Gritti Palace, the San Clemente Palace in Venice and the W Paris Opera in Paris.

Aly has an engineering degree from the University of Pisa and is orginally from Senegal , resident in Monaco.  With over 30 years experience in the construction, refit and management of yachts, Aly has acquired a global network of UHNWI  between the UAE and Mexico, owning some of the largest vessels in the world.  

 Jerome has over 20 years experience in the automotive sector, with his major focus on the organisation of international events ranging from Dakar to Le Mans, taking care of corporate hospitality for the brands such as Michelin, Pirelli and all major racing car manufacturers. Delivering a network of precious connections not only in the automotive sector but through all HNWI car collectors.
